CycleElectric's primary activity is to learn about light electric vehicles (Electric bicycles, scooters, motorcycles, drive systems, batteries, motors.)  and how to build and sell them. We try to understand the market, the technology and the activites. We accumlate the “lessons learned” from many companies in this new industry. Our people have acted in many roles with many light electric vehicle companies since the very beginning of the industry.
Our main product is to help entreprenneurs and companies to be more successful. Data Acquisition System For Ebike Testing & Development: CycleElectric has developed a Light Electric Vehicle performance and operating parameters data acquisition system for use in the development and analysis of LEVs. Project Coordination: CycleElectric has extensive experience at bringing new products into production, or modifying existing product for a brand name. From concept to serial production and sales. We can help create or refine designs, create or refine planning, choose and recruit the right team of suppliers, technical experts,manufacturing partners, sales and marketing planning and execution. Our experience enables us to execute projects in minimum time at minimum expense. Our customers avoid mistakes and delays that can kill projects or create huge costs.

Systems Integrators: Light electric vehicles are both simple and subtly complex. Our experience allows us to select the right components from the right suppliers. We can choose the correct assembly and development houses, and we can supervise and interpret the complexities of getting batteries, motors, controllers, and mechanical parts to all come together in a satisfying vehicle.

Quality Control and Inspection: CycleElectric can help importers improve the quality and reduce the returns of product at retail. There are four components to this service:
1. Working with your supplier – CycleElectric can help create and tune a bill of materials that will help you get the product you want to buy at the price you want to pay.
2. Supplier Certification – CycleElectric may already know your supplier. If not, our staff can visit the supplier and report on their capabilities and procedures – at a fraction of the cost of a personal visit. Our educated eyes can evaluate the ability of a given supplier to provide appropriate product.
3. Product inspection – our staff can be at the factory during production of your product to ensure that the products are what you wanted to buy, and to inspect for compliance with your quality expectations and bill of materials. 
4. Selecting a supplier – CycleElectric works for a fee, not for commissions. We are not a trading company. We represent the best interests of our client and using our experience we can help choose appropriate suppliers. The cost savings of this service can be large.

Patent Violations: There are many products in the world, and CycleElectric tries to be aware of and informed about the entire scope of the world market in Light Electric Vehicles. Often we will be aware of prior art, patents in foreign countries, copies, or other IP or Patent issues. Our advice can save effort and expense. Our research can identify copies and patent violations. We can advise on what can,or cannot be done – pragmatically.
